OUR TRAINING SCHOOL

The state of the art, LEED Certified, Local 36 Sheet Metal Training School teaches cutting edge technology with old school craftsmanship to more than 400 apprentices and Journey level members every year. Our changing curriculum is designed to keep up with the latest advances in construction practices, environmental sustainability and cost effectiveness to allow our contractors to complete jobs on time and on budget.

Ultimately, we look at our partnership with our contractors as the backbone of an organization that will save the customer time and money by doing the job correctly the first time, ensuring an energy efficient installation that will save money for the life of the system.

BE4ALL seeks to positively impact the unionized sheet metal industry’s work culture so that we can attract and retain the best, most skilled sheet metal workers – and in doing so, affirm the dignity of every person who walks through our doors.

Pay depends on experience. We have full family health insurance, pension, 401k and a medical reimbursement retirement.
